Pre-orders
- We open pre-orders to secure your size before production finishes.
- When you place a pre-order, payment is taken upfront and your product will ship once production is complete.
- Orders from the STREET SIREN VOL.1 Collection will begin shipping in November 2025.
- Shipping dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production timelines.
Shipping (Australia & International)
JADIRE ships within Australia and internationally. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Australia Standard: 3–6 business days.
- Australia Express: 1–3 business days.
- International Standard: Varies by region, generally expect 5-10 business days.
- International Express: Varies by region, generally expect 4-7 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by external factors.
Returns
JADIRE accepts returns for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of recieving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Free from makeup, fragrance, or wear marks

Sizing and fit
