Pre-orders
  • We open pre-orders to secure your size before production finishes.
  • When you place a pre-order, payment is taken upfront and your product will ship once production is complete.
  • Orders from the STREET SIREN VOL.1 Collection will begin shipping in November 2025.
  • Shipping dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production timelines.
Shipping (Australia & International)

JADIRE ships within Australia and internationally. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Australia Standard: 3–6 business days.
  • Australia Express: 1–3 business days.
  • International Standard: Varies by region, generally expect 5-10 business days.
  • International Express: Varies by region, generally expect 4-7 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by external factors.

Returns

JADIRE accepts returns for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of recieving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Free from makeup, fragrance, or wear marks

Sizing and fit

JADIRE’s size range runs from XS to XL. Our pieces are designed to fit true to size, with product pages noting if we suggest sizing up or down for a particular fit. For detailed measurements, please refer to our size guide.
